"The thesis of Inez Reintjes does not try to teach or lecture me, it does not even try to make me interested in the in- or outside (also not in the inbetween, for that matter). Instead, throughout the text Inez simply allows us to learn together with her, we get to join her as she figures out what this fascination of her actually is about. She focuses on different aspects of "what happens inbetween" in such a way that I could easily make myself say that the text is not really about some inside or outside but about how we hear things or about DIY culture or how the brain works or how placesments of windows make us experience both the inside and the outside in particular ways."
